Payment:

• We require 100% payment before processing your order, facilitated through UPI.
• Should you encounter any payment-related issues, feel free to reach out to us via direct message on Instagram, and we'll assist you promptly.

Return/Exchange:

• At Summer'97, we take pride in delivering outfits that are meticulously crafted and quality-checked. Hence, we generally do not accept exchanges or returns.
• However, if you experience any issues with your outfit, we encourage you to create a video showcasing the concern upon receiving the parcel. Kindly share this video with us via Instagram, and we'll investigate the matter earnestly.
• Exchange is possible only in the event of a defective piece, while return is permissible if the product is out of stock, in which case we'll initiate a refund.

Order/Shipping:

• Our standard shipping time is estimated to be 10-12 business days.
• In case you require expedited delivery, please reach out to us via Instagram direct message so we can make suitable arrangements.
• Occasionally, orders might experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If such an instance arises, kindly DM us, and we'll provide you with updates on the revised delivery schedule.

Wear/Tear:

• All our fabrics are sourced with utmost care, focusing on natural materials such as linen.
• For linen garments, we advise washing them by hand initially, as they may experience slight shrinkage after the first wash, characteristic of linen properties.

Customization:

• We offer customization services for tailored dresses based on your preferences regarding fabrics and designs.
• Please note that customized outfits may incur a slightly higher cost due to the additional work involved. For inquiries regarding customization, feel free to DM us.
• Customized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• If you require alterations to existing outfits, additional charges ranging from ₹500 to ₹1000 may apply, depending on the complexity of the customization. In some cases, these alterations may be complimentary.

• If you desire a perfect fit tailored to your exact body measurements, we're more than happy to accommodate your request.
