If there's an issue from our end
We take full responsibility. Any mistake or defect will be corrected or exchanged for you - no questions asked.
If the fit isn't quite right
We offer one free alteration. Send the piece back to us, we'll fix it, and ship it back to you.
Sizing adjustments
Whether you ordered a standard size or shared custom measurements, if something feels off - we'll adjust it for you. One free alteration included.
Length & height consideration
We ask for your height so your piece is made in the right length from the start - whether it's a dress, skirt, or top.
About linen & fit
Our fabrics go through a dyeing process, so shrinkage is minimal. We design keeping comfort and real wear in mind.
