By accessing this website and placing orders with Summer'97, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. Made-to-Order Nature of Products
Every Summer'97 piece is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. We do not hold inventory. Production begins after payment is confirmed and sizing/colour preferences are confirmed with you via WhatsApp. Delivery timelines stated on each product page are estimates and begin from the date of order confirmation, not payment.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of ordering is binding. Payment is accepted through Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking). Orders via WhatsApp may be processed separately with payment instructions shared directly.
3. Cancellations
Because every piece is made to order, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order and before production has begun. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +91 87707 42241 or email summer97thread@gmail.com. Once production has started, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds.
4. Exchanges and Returns
We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery for sizing issues or manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, and in original packaging. Embroidery and heavily customised pieces are not eligible for exchange. 5. Customisation
We welcome requests for custom colours, lengths, and fabric choices. Customisation requests must be discussed and confirmed over WhatsApp before payment. Customised pieces — including non-standard sizing and colour orders — are not eligible for exchange or return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India using reputable courier partners. Free delivery is offered on prepaid orders. International orders are accepted and shipping charges are communicated before payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
7. Intellectual Property
All photographs, designs, and content on this website are the property of Summer'97. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent. Our product designs are original works and any unauthorised copying or imitation is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Summer'97's liability in any dispute shall be limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of product colours shown on screen, as colour rendering varies by device.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is always current. Continued use of our website or placing an order constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
