We use your information to process and fulfil your orders, communicate with you about your order status via email and WhatsApp, send order confirmation emails, and respond to enquiries you send us through the contact form. We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing without your consent. We will never sell your data to third parties.
3. Payment Security
All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. Summer'97 does not store your card numbers, CVVs, or net banking credentials at any point. Razorpay's privacy policy governs the processing of your payment information.
4. Data Sharing
We share your delivery address with our logistics and courier partners solely for the purpose of delivering your order. We do not share your personal information with any third party for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purpose.

We retain your order information for up to 3 years to comply with applicable accounting and tax regulations under Indian law, including the GST Act.
